Click on a report name to
download a custom report from the list. Click on the "Upload a Custom Report" button to submit a report. You
will be prompted to locate the report file you want to upload using the browse button.
You must also provide all the required information to identify your report (report name, description and author). If you want to
upload multiple report files, click on the Add File button below. To
cancel your upload, simply click on the Cancel button or click on Upload
File(s) button to continue with the upload.
Importing Reports
into GAGEtrak/FaciliWorks
Downloaded reports can be imported using the Import
tool on GAGEtrak/FaciliWorks. You can only import one kind of report – the
report exported by report editor with the “.rpt” extension. After
selecting a directory where you saved the downloaded custom reports, a
list of the reports will show on the right hand side. Highlight each
report to import by left clicking on them before selecting the import
button. If the report you are importing already exists, you
will be asked to confirm the overwrite.
Advanced Report Designer Manual
The following links will allow you to view or download an Advanced Report Editor manual. This manual includes additional information on the Report Editor that is not included in the normal software users manual.
Equipment Detail Report with Equipment Image. Will display first image file (.jpg, .gif, .bmp) associated with the Equip_ID of the current page of the report.
Work Order Scheduled vs Unscheduled report with totaled Scheduled and Unscheduled Work Orders. This report also calculates the percentage of total Scheduled and Unscheduled Work Orders on the report.
