Letter From The CEO

As with most mature companies that are 20+ years old, growth rates tends to level off. This is expected - this is normal. Right?

Well, as you may recall, in an eView newsletter earlier this year, I stated "...we are enthusiastic about our prospects for 2008...". That's what CEOs are supposed to say. The term "enthusiastic" may have been an understatement. Year-over-year revenue growth for CyberMetrics is up significantly.

The economy is under pressure in several areas: fuel prices are high, businesses are closing and mortgage banks are failing. It's not a good situation. I expected to be back-peddling on my "enthusiastic" claim right about now. I know a lot of our eView readers are in troubled situations at work and perhaps personally, so I almost feel bad reporting how well things are going for CyberMetrics. Enough about us.

The June Quality Expo show in Detroit was a great marketing venue and it was such a pleasure to meet with everyone that stopped by the both.

We've been running some specials over the past couple of months that have been very popular. We'll continue to offer these as it sure helps those with limited budgets. Right now we're running great specials on training classes and on various bundle packages. Check our website often to keep informed and take advantage of these special offers

Next month we'll be launching a newly designed web site that will be easier to use and easier on the eyes. The old site was OK, but sorely in need of improvements - thanks to everyone for their feedback and suggestions.

As always, we promise to continue to serve you with the best products and the best service you've come to expect and deserve from CyberMetrics.

Dave
