Letter From The CEO

It does not seem all that long ago when in 1988 I was finishing the code for the first GAGEtrak release… from my kitchen table… on that IBM PC Clone that cost two-month’s salary!

Things sure have changed since then and this year marks our twentieth-year in providing quality software solutions to our valued clients.

We started off 2008 by making some organizational changes to improve our client and market focus. CyberMetrics now has 2 operating divisions:

  • The Quality and Calibration Division (Q&CD) will be responsible for our GAGEtrak and SUPPLIERtrak product lines.

  • The Maintenance Management Division (MMD) will be responsible for our FaciliWorks Desktop and FaciliWorks Web product lines.

There are many reasons for the decision including increased focus and expertise, market differences and competitive factors. We firmly believe that if each division focuses on their own products and markets, then each division will be able to better serve their respective customer bases.

I will head the Q&CD division and continue to serve as the founder and CEO of CyberMetrics Corporation.

James Saxon will head our Maintenance Management Division as its President. Jim formerly served as Director of Sales for CyberMetrics and is an experienced enterprise software veteran dedicated to the continued growth and success of the MMD division.

Each division is tasked with enabling clients to realize "business value" through the use of our products. This will be done in collaboration with industry experts, leading-edge clients and CyberMetrics own strategy specialists. The outcome will result in:

  • Prioritized value creation systems and value capturing mechanisms

  • Improved understanding and anticipation of changes in diverse client industries

  • Formulated road maps for change initiatives

In contrast to the current economic conditions, 2008 operating results are very impressive and Q1 looks to be a very promising quarter. We believe that our business value proposition for offering products that are "feature rich and priced right" coupled with market initiatives to reduce costs, automate systems and improve compliance are positioning CyberMetrics for unprecedented growth.

We are enthusiastic about our prospects for 2008 and beyond. However we never, ever take your business for granted. As always, we promise to continue to serve you with the best products and the best service you’ve come to expect and deserve from CyberMetrics.

Dave
