Sending Data to Technical Support

If a Technical Support technician asks you to send your data file for analysis, please follow these guidelines:

E-mailing Data

E-mail data to support@cybermetrics.com. Please use the built-in Backup utility or a third-party compression utility such as WinZip to reduce the size of the attachment before sending.

So we can serve you better, please include your name, the name of your company, and your serial number in the subject line of the e-mail.

Shipping Data

You may ship data to CyberMetrics (at your own expense) by overnight delivery or U.S. Mail.
