We've added lots of new features that you've asked for and we've retained FaciliWorks' familiar Microsoft Outlook-style interface and the logically organized data entry and display that make FaciliWorks so easy to use.

That gives you the power to reduce downtime, track histories, analyze trends and improve inventory.

FaciliWorks offers many new features designed to tailor the program to suit your needs exactly.

• The new, improved interface allows for customization of colors, menu icons, field labels and more.

• Automatic asset numbering increments the Asset ID automatically when you enter a new asset record into the system. You can also set up the format of the ID.

• Handling multiple work orders of the same type is now much easier. For example, if you have two dozen fire extinguishers of the same type, they will all appear on a single report. You can then easily batch complete them.

• You now have the option to add parts to a work order that are not in inventory.

• Compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7; interoperable with Office 2010, 2007 and 2003.

• Improved Dashboard and KPIs.

• You can now create a PO for parts that are not in inventory.

• Option in Settings to allow Web or VB Service Requests to go right into a Work Order or not.

• A list of the most recently used assets is now displayed in the file menu.

• Many Report improvements have been made. Redundant reports have been removed, many reports have been improved and several new reports have been added.
