How can I quickly notice if a gage is always out of cal before it is due for calibration?
You might use the A1 frequency adjustment. If your gage starts with a frequency of 6 month, then each time it fails “As Found,” the frequency is reduced. You know how much the percent reduction calculates to in terms of months. So when the due report says the frequency for the gage is reduced by several of these increments, you know that you have a problem with that gage.
