How do I get my Trigger Code online?

You no longer need to call CyberMetrics to register your GAGEtrak product by typing in a Trigger Code. The code may be obtained on line. Please follow the steps below.

1. You must be logged into Windows as local Administrator to enter a Trigger Code.

2. Your correct and complete Serial Number is necessary. A serial number may have one of two formats.

• The original format is GTW00000000. If you only have the numeric portion, please insert the GTW in front of the numeric portion.
• The new format is XX00-XX00.

3. If you do not know your Serial Number, please contact Technical Support at:

• support@cybermetrics.com – include your name, company name and city location.
• Call Technical Support at 480-922-7300.

4. Your serial number is entered or modified in the Help -> About screen.

• If GAGEtrak has already expired, have the Serial Number handy when do the following steps.

5. Open GAGEtrak to the Modify License screen.

• If GAGEtrak has already expired, clicking OK to the screen informing you that you need to register (obtain a Trigger Code) will bring you to the Modify License screen.
• If GAGEtrak opens to the Main Menu, go to Data Tools -> Modify License.

6. If you have a button on the Modify License screen which says “Get On Line Trigger," please click it. If you do not have this button, skip to step 7.

• You should get a pop up asking you to wait while your computer connects to our server. The next pop up should say your product is registered. Click OK and your registration is complete.
• If this computer is not connected to the internet, use a computer which is connected and continue with step 7.

7. Do not close GAGEtrak, launch your internet browser and go to http://cybermetrics.com | Support | Trigger Code.

8. You must input your Serial Number to enter the Generator.

• If your Serial Number is not recognized, you will get a message instructing you to call Technical Support. See step 3.

9. The numbers required on this page are on the Modify License screen in GAGEtrak. Please type the numbers into correct fields and click OK.

10. The Trigger Code should appear in the Trigger Code field. Please type it into the Trigger Code field on the Modify License screen and click OK.

• If you get a message indicating that a Trigger Code can not be generated, please call Technical Support. See Step 3.
