I modified one of the calibration reports in GAGEtrak and I saved it with a different name. Now the report filter is not there. Why?

Only the reports that come with the GAGEtrak program have a special Quick Filter. If you have not made major modifications to the report that came with GAGEtrak, you can save the report with the original report name and use the convenient Quick Filter that belongs to the report.
