Today, the Reports Menu in GAGEtrak is gone. When I click the [Reports] button, there is nothing there. How can I get my reports back again?
Please close your GAGEtrak program and reinstall it. This will immediately restore the Reports Menu. Typically, the loss of the Reports Menu can be traced to an electrical problem: power outage, loss of connectivity to your server, accidentally rebooting the PC, stormy weather, etc. Just like any other program or file, leaving your GAGEtrak program open overnight or weekends will expose your files to more possibilities for power outages or fluctuations in the power supply. Also, some network backup programs do not back up files that are being used. This is another good reason to always close GAGEtrak when you leave. The loss of the Reports Menu does not affect your data. It is not necessary to uninstall GAGEtrak before reinstalling it.
