GAGEtrak's new Portable Calibration Solution (PCS) lets you export gage calibration data from your GAGEtrak software to a Netbook or laptop to perform calibrations in the field. Exported data can be accessed directly from SD or USB Flash media for easy transfer between your PC and the Netbook or laptop.

PCS includes the Portable Calibration software module, a portable printer and a Netbook. You can view full text procedures, gage information screens, calibration data and calibration-related reports and generate calibration certificates and failure notifications. The GAGEtrak screens are enhanced to fit most 10" Netbook displays (1024 x 700).

Choose either of the portable battery-powered printers* to print durable calibration and bar-coded labels directly from GAGEtrak. Labels can be printed in a variety of sizes, from 1/4 inch to 1 inch, and are available in a variety of colors.

Don’t waste time re-entering data from your calibration certificates. Get the Portable Calibration Module for your service provider, then export your gage and calibration requirements to SD or USB Flash memory to send out with your gages. Your service provider uses the module to update your calibration data, and when the gages come back, you can easily synchronize the data with your GAGEtrak database, saving time and money!

*The PT-18R Portable Label Printer (pictured above, right) is battery-powered (rechargeable), includes a built-in keypad to create labels with or without a computer and prints labels from 1/4" to 3/4" in height at any width.

The PT-2430PC Portable Label Printer (pictured above, center) is battery-powered (requires 6 AA batteries) or A/C powered and can print calibration labels from 1/4" to 1" in height. Desktop, laptop or Net book computer is required.
