• The advanced search contains more options, a product list, article types, search criteria, a keyword field and other options.
• Enter any keyword to search, leaving the keyword field empty will show all the available knowledge base articles.
• The article type limits the search to a specific group of articles, all types are selected by default, uncheck the type of article you don't want to include in your search.
• To search using the exact keywords you entered, select "Articles containing all of my keywords".
• To search using any of your keywords, select "Articles containing any of my keywords" (e.g. "login corrupted database" will return any articles containing the word "login" or "corrupted" or "database").
• To search using a specific or known article number, select "an Article with a specific number" (e.g. "KB5", "KB101", etc.)
• Checking the "Search against title only" will perform the search only on the article titles.
• Checking the "Show title only in search results" will show only the article titles on the result listing.
