Email data to support@cybermetrics.com.
Please use the built-in Backup utility or a third-party compression utility such
as WinZip or PKZip to reduce the size of the attachment before sending.
Also, before sending us your zip file,
please be sure to rename the zip file so
it has the filename extension of
".001" rather than
".zip" - otherwise our email
security system will automatically
delete the zip file. For example, your
zip file would be renamed from "mydata.zip"
to "mydata.001".
So we can better serve you, please include your name, the name of your company
and your serial number in the subject line of the email.
