What’s New in GAGEtrak 6 GAGEtrak 6 contains a number of new features designed to help you more effectively manage your equipment calibration system and keep you in compliance with ISO9000 and QS9000 standards. Automatic E-Mail Notification This feature automatically notifies any employee or group We've improved existing features and added new ones.of significant events, such as gage issue/return; calibration due; passing (or failing) calibration; and more. Improved Auto Adjust Calibration Frequency New support for Method A3 Auto Adjusting. Customizable Equipment Calibration Formulas GAGEtrak 6 gage calibration software allows you to easily create custom gage calibration formulas. Gage Favorites Gage Favorites make frequently used gages easy to find in your GAGEtrak database. New Gage Events Set up events associated with a particular gage. When an event is triggered an action can be performed, such as running an external application to launch an AutoCad drawing. New Calibration Certificate Scanning You can now easily scan printed certificates to be associated with specific calibration records. Estimated Due Dates You can now enter an average number of days or cycles of use per gage. This will show an estimated due date for the gage. A report showing estimated days/cycles remaining for gages using this frequency unit of measure is included. Improved Uncertainty GAGEtrak 6 has improved uncertainty calculations. Improved Attachments GAGEtrak's improved attachments feature lets you attach files in many new formats to gage, calibration, and procedure records, including Adobe Acrobat .PDF files, .HTML files and many others. MSA Third Edition Compliant Yielding features include Gage R&R; Linearity, Bias, and Uncertainty; Stability; Attribute Risk Analysis; and Attribute Analytic Method. New User Defined Tabs GAGEtrak gives users twenty fields they can define and name as needed to track any additional information desired. New Interface Options GAGEtrak 6 lets users rename Main Menu button names, form captions, form tabs and almost every other interface element. New Staff Entry This new feature allows you to track employees and show their training records. Photos can be attached, if desired. Automatic Gage Numbering When a new gage is entered into the system, GAGEtrak can increment the gage ID automatically. You can even set up the format of the ID in the Settings area of the program. Authorized Persons Tracking You can now record any authorized persons that are associated with a gage record. Merge Utility This utility lets you merge elements from different databases, for example you can merge a single equipment record into another database. Many New Reports and Graphs Many new reports are included in GAGEtrak 6. These include several different downtime reports as well as new equipment, task and staff reports as well.
