Platinum Maintenance & Support Agreement


The Platinum Maintenance & Support plan provides professional, technical support for your software solution for two years, as well as one free upgrade per license. At present, GAGEtrak users will receive GAGEtrak 7 Premium Edition and FaciliWorks users will receive FaciliWorks 7.5 Premium Edition.


The Platinum Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs for meeting validation standards, advanced topics as well as to provide extended-term maintenance and support. Agreement also provides free in-version updates for your software.


Platinum Maintenance & Support is available to all licensed users of GAGEtrak v6, GAGEtrak v6.5, FaciliWorks v6, and FaciliWorks v7.  For more information regarding CyberMetrics’ Platinum software maintenance and support, please contact our sales department at 1-800-777-7020, Option 1.

 

Gold Software & Maintenance Support


The Gold Maintenance & Support plan provides professional, technical support for two years, as well as a free, per user upgrade.  GAGEtrak users will receive GAGEtrak 7 Standard Edition. SUPPLIERtrak users will receive the most current version of SUPPLIERtrak Supplier Quality Management Software. FaciliWorks users will receive FaciliWorks v7.5 Standard Edition.


The Gold Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs to keep current with new software versions of CyberMetrics’ products, as well as to provide extended-term maintenance and support.

Silver Software & Maintenance Support


The Silver Maintenance & Support plan provides professional, technical support for one year for users of current versions of GAGEtrak, SUPPLIERtrak and FaciliWorks.


The Silver Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs to receive technical maintenance and support, as well as free in-version product updates for your GAGEtrak, FaciliWorks, and SUPPLIERtrak software solutions.


Silver Maintenance & Support is available to all of CyberMetrics’ GAGEtrak, FaciliWorks, and SUPPLIERtrak customers who own the most current version of these products.
