Platinum Maintenance & Support Agreement The Platinum Maintenance & Support plan provides professional, technical support of your GAGEtrak Calibration Management Software solution for two years, as well as one free upgrade per license to GAGEtrak 7 Premium. The Platinum Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs for meeting validation standards, advanced MSA and gage attributes of GAGEtrak 7 Premium, as well as to provide extended-term maintenance and support. Agreement also provides free in-version updates for your GAGEtrak software solution. Platinum Maintenance & Support is available to all of CyberMetrics’ GAGEtrak version 6.5 and version 6 customers. Gold Software & Maintenance Support The Gold Maintenance & Support plan provides professional, technical support for two years, as well as a free, per user upgrade to GAGEtrak 7 Calibration Management Software (GAGEtrak users), or a free, per user upgrade to the most current version of SUPPLIERtrak Supplier Quality Management Software (SUPPLIERtrak users). The Gold Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs to keep current with new software versions of CyberMetrics’ GAGEtrak and SUPPLIERtrak products, as well as to provide extended-term maintenance and support. Gold Maintenance & Support is available to all of CyberMetrics’ GAGEtrak and SUPPLIERtrak customers who own the most current version of these products. Silver Software & Maintenance Support The Silver Maintenance & Support plan provides professional, technical support for one year for users of GAGEtrak 7 KwikGage Calibration Management Software; SUPPLIERtrak Supplier Quality Management Software; and FaciliWorks Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). The Silver Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs to receive technical maintenance and support, as well as in-version product updates. Agreement also provides free in-version updates for your GAGEtrak, FaciliWorks, and SUPPLIERtrak software solutions. Silver Maintenance & Support is available to all of CyberMetrics’ GAGEtrak, FaciliWorks, and SUPPLIERtrak customers who own the most current version of these products.
